SpeedDating.lu Event & Membership Agreement
Please read the following important information before registering for an event. We hope you will find this information useful. Your Member registration is with SpeedDating.lu, whose registered office at 23 rue Philippe II, L-2340 Luxembourg. SpeedDating.lu is a trade mark of Luxembourg International Singles Event asbl.

1. Minimum and Equal Numbers
Each of our events is based on a minimum number and we reserve the right to cancel an event if such numbers are not reached. Additionally, each SpeedDating.lu event is based on equal number of male and female participants. Should there be no equal numbers on the evening of the event for which you register, even after you have received registration confirmation for a specific event, SpeedDating.lu reserves the right to reject you participation at the event. You will then have the choice of booking and participating for an alternative event, with a guaranteed seat for half the entrance price. If you choose this option, you need to inform the SpeedDating.lu team of your new event registration on the same evening as your rejection.

2. Website Accuracy
Every care is taken to ensure that information on the SpeedDating website is correct and accurate. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee that all information on the SpeedDating.lu website is correct.

3. Inappropriate Conduct
Any person considered to be behaving in an antisocial manner and/or under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entrance to our events. If, in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of our event host, the Bar and/or Restaurant owner or other authorised person, your behaviour is causing danger, damage or affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your membership. Such individuals may also be liable for prosecution. SpeedDating.lu takes no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred by individuals in such eventuality. The company cannot accept responsibility for the actions of other people outside its control.

4. SpeedDating.lu's event responsibility
SpeedDating.lu accepts responsibility for matters arising directly from SpeedDating.lu's negligence and/or its failure to exercise reasonable care in arranging the events. SpeedDating.lu undertakes to make every reasonable effort to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for all events. However, SpeedDating.lu does not have direct control over the provision of services to its members by suppliers (waiters, venue personnel, bar & restaurant owners, catering companies etc), and SpeedDating.lu cannot be held responsible or liable for death, injury or illness suffered by you. You must assign to SpeedDating.lu any rights you may have against any other person whose acts or omissions have caused SpeedDating.lu's liability.

5. Data Protection Policy
In order to process your registration, ensure that event arrangements run smoothly, and that they meet your requirements, SpeedDating.lu needs to use the information you provide, such as name, date of birth, email address etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information.
